A small team, close to the families we serve.
Lantern Learning Solutions provides personalized ABA support to children and families across South Florida — helping children communicate, build everyday skills, manage difficult moments, and become more independent.
Elisabeth started Lantern because families kept telling her the same thing: they wanted a plan they understood and people who stayed in their corner.
Isabella Howerton and William Torres joined as the practice grew, and together the three of them built the team and the systems behind every child's plan today.
We partner with families, doctors, teachers, and therapists so every adult in a child's life is pulling the same direction. That coordination is not an add-on — it's the work.

Elisabeth Hayes
BCBA & Founder
Elisabeth has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Isabella Howerton
BCBA
With a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida, Isabella is dedicated to increasing independence and improving the quality of life of children and adults with autism and related disabilities.
William Torres
Data Systems Admin / Data Analyst / RBT
William has worked in ABA since 2019, providing direct services and case management. His background in information technology keeps our data collection accurate and our workflows out of the way of care.
